During the Enigma Project visit, students have the opportunity to put their code breaking and problem solving skills to the test by cracking a series of codes and ciphers following the introductory presentation. Each code when cracked gives a clue towards the identity of a secret 'Enigmatic Character', who was mentioned in the presentation.

There are two different sets of code breaking activities to choose from, each corresponding to a different 'Enigmatic Character'. Only one set is used during the Enigma Project, so you may use the other set in follow up lessons.
